Anthony S. Fernandez possesses more than twenty years of experience in business law, complex commercial and civil litigation matters. He is a graduate of the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America, and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Political Science from Radford University.
Unlike lawyers at larger firms who worry about meeting billable hour requirements and business generation credit, and therefore push through a high volume of cases with little regard to personal attention, Anthony Fernandez takes the time to understand the totality of the circumstances facing his clients current legal situation, as well as learning the fundamentals of a clients business and business goals in order to tailor his representation accordingly.
As a boutique firm, we are able to offer flexible billing arrangements to individuals and business alike. Hourly billing, flat-fee, contingent fee and hybrid billing can all be explored to determine what will be best for the client.
Prior to founding the Law Office of Anthony S. Fernandez, LLC, Mr. Fernandez began his career with the ProServ, Inc., formerly one of the big three worldwide sports management representation and marketing companies, as a Client Manager for Baseball Operations where he was responsible for the recruitment and representation of professional baseball players, as well as for the interpretation and drafting of a wide variety of sports-related commercial agreements including corporate sponsorship agreements, and athlete marketing and product endorsement agreements.
Mr. Fernandez also has a deep commitment to volunteer and pro-bono matters.
